Shipping Policy

  • Products are shipped after payment confirmation.
  • Shipments go out once a week, and customers will receive advance notice of the departure date.
  • From pickup to delivery, arrival time is up to 5 business days, according to the courier company's policy.
  • Shipping cost: ₪50
  • Orders over ₪750 – Free shipping! (Private customers only)
  • During holidays and promotional periods, there may be delays of up to 7 business days due to high volume at courier companies.

Cancellation / Exchange / Return Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled, exchanged, or returned within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the law.
  • Returns or exchanges are only available for complete products, sealed in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • If an order is cancelled before receiving the product, the customer will bear the full shipping cost.

Defective Product / Order Error

If a product arrived damaged or an incorrect order was received, please contact us promptly, and we will provide a quick response and fair solution according to the situation.
